Days 1-2: Delhi
Day 1: November 22, 2025
- Arrival in Delhi
- Warm welcome at Indira Gandhi International Airport

- Visit Akshardham Temple or other attractions
- Akshardham Temple was inaugurated on November 6, 2005. It is dedicated to Bhagwan Swaminarayan and showcases the traditional art and cultural heritage of India.

- Morning visit to India Gate
- Explore Humayun’s Tomb, Qutub Minar, and Lotus Temple

- Qutub Minar is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most iconic structures in Delhi. It holds historical significance as a symbol of Indo-Islamic architecture and the might of the Delhi Sultanate.

- Jaisalmer Fort is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the largest fully preserved fortified cities in the world. It holds historical importance as a medieval architectural marvel.

- Visit Patwon Ki Haveli, Gadisar Lake, and the Sam Sand Dunes in Jaisalmer

Founded in 1727 by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II, Jaipur is known for its well-planned layout and architectural marvels. The city was painted pink in 1876 to welcome the Prince of Wales, and the tradition has been maintained since then.

- Exploring of local markets
- Agra, India, is renowned for its centuries-old marble inlay craft, seen in the Taj Mahal’s intricate designs. Artisans in Agra create diverse marble inlay products like tabletops and jewellery boxes, embedding semi-precious stones into marble for beautiful patterns.
Visit Agra to witness this craftsmanship and explore purchasing unique marble inlay pieces. Agra, renowned for marble inlay work, is also celebrated for intricate zari and zardozi embroidery. Zari uses metallic threads for textile richness, while zardozi employs metallic wires for three-dimensional designs, commonly found in traditional Indian clothing like sarees and lehengas.

- Separate room (single bed) in a 3-4 star hotel with breakfast: 67,500 CZK (2,750 EUR) / person
As mentioned above, this price does not include airfare. An airline ticket to Delhi is currently around 15,500 – 16,000 CZK (as per kayak.com). You can book the tickets either on your own or we can help you book them through Regiojet/Student Agency.
For the flight to India, please take luggage with up to 15 kg, as we will fly with Dell on a local flight once in India. On your return trip you can take up to 25 kg in your luggage.
Other important information:
The minimum number of participants is 6 people for the tour to take place.
Before the trip, you need to arrange visas. We will provide you with information and instructions to fill out the necessary forms, which can be submitted online or through the Indian Embassy in Prague.
It is also important to take out travel insurance that will protect you in the event of illness, injury or other unforeseen circumstances.
The tour reservation is made by paying a deposit of 6,150 CZK (250 EUR) together with the completed application form. The remainder of the tour package cost of 11,100 CZK (450 EUR) must be paid by August 8, 2025. The remainder will be collected on the day of arrival in euros.
After the stay, there will be an Ayurvedic stay in Goa by the sea. If you are interested, I will provide you with more information..
