You can either choose to stay in a cottage right on the beach, where you will literally fall asleep to the sound of the waves crashing on the shore just a short distance from your bed, or in a hotel, also situated on the beach. All Inclusive meals are provided in the hotel restaurant.

Under the supervision of an experienced doctor whose service will be at your full disposal, you will focus on rejuvenating your body and mind. During the retreat, you will also be actively engaged in the practice of yoga.

The retreat in Goa is ideal to take from November to mid-March, when it is not so hot in Goa.

Panchakarma and its restorative treatments are based on traditional Ayurvedic medicine.

You will feel lighter when you return – literally, as the cleansing also has an effect on your weight. You’ll also feel at least ten years younger, and rightly so – cell rejuvenation actually occurs during panchakarma. Your joints and spine will stop aching, your headaches will go away, and your digestion will adjust.

The retreat is designed primarily as a cleanse and not primarily as a vacation: for example, you need to adjust to the times the clinic provides for your treatments. The scheduling of the treatments at the clinic is managed directly by the clinic itself.

The detox includes a strict Ayurvedic diet without alcohol and smoking, and adherence to a sleep regime. During the cleanse, emotions and toxins can be flushed out so you can work through a more challenging period. So please don’t think of your stay primarily as a vacation, but as a deeply transformative experience!

The accommodation is close to nature, you are in the tropics. This means that there may be frogs, geckos and other small creatures in the garden and rarely in the accommodation.

The weather is tropical and warm and there may be some showers in late October.

Experience local life: The clinic is about a 15min walk from the accommodation which leads through the local market or along the beach.

Price does not include:

* Return airfare (airfares range from 550 EUR upwards).
* Indian visa (you will receive detailed instructions on how to complete the visa)
* Pick up from Goa airport, transfer to your place of residence – 30 EUR (shared price option)

Registration and details:

The reservation is confirmed with a deposit of 250 EUR (used to book the accommodation). The deposit is non-refundable, except in the case of a no-show, in which case the deposit is refundable. In case of cancellation on your part, you can use the deposit for another program.
