A natural path to balance that works in the long term.

Naturopathy is a natural and holistic healing method based on the belief that the body has an innate ability to heal, repair, and maintain balance—provided we create the right conditions for it. Unlike conventional medicine, which often focuses on suppressing symptoms, naturopathy seeks out and treats the root cause of illness. To do this, it uses a balanced diet, herbal medicine, hydrotherapy, detoxification, therapeutic massage, yoga, and mindful lifestyle habits. The result is care that does not drain the body of energy but, on the contrary, restores and strengthens it.

Naturopathy places special emphasis on prevention and building long-term vitality—through healthy habits, a clean diet, fresh air, adequate rest, and emotional well-being. By combining ancient wisdom with natural science, it offers gentle and non-invasive methods that promote harmony of body, mind, and emotions. It is the ideal choice for anyone seeking lasting health, effective stress management, and a more mindful way of life — which is precisely why we offer it as a natural part of all our Ayurvedic retreats.

Dr. Omkar Nath

Dr. Omkar Nath is an experienced naturopath specialising in pain relief and supporting the body's natural capacity for regeneration. In his practice, he bridges traditional healing systems with modern therapeutic approaches, creating a sensitive and holistic perspective on health.

His journey began with the study and practice of Sujok therapy and physiotherapy, followed by a diploma in naturopathy from the Gandhi National Academy of Naturopathy. He also holds a degree in psychology, which informs his understanding of health as a deep connection between body and mind — an insight he naturally weaves into his work with clients.

He gained valuable experience during a year-long internship in Kerala at Ayurvedic and naturopathic hospitals under the guidance of Nature Life International, where he subsequently served as Resident Medical Officer. His practice draws on both traditional Ayurvedic principles and modern pain management methods, including advanced therapeutic techniques.

He has worked as a naturopath in Rishikesh and maintains long-term collaborations with centres in Kerala. He is also part of wellness retreats in Goa, accompanying clients on their journey towards restored balance and vitality.

His approach is gentle, respectful and deeply individual. He helps clients release pain, rediscover balance and support their body's natural healing process.
